This notice describes how personal data is processed through this website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data controller is Gabriele Piermartini, attorney at law, Forlì, Italy.

This site is an editorial showcase: it uses no profiling cookies and no statistical analysis tools (analytics), and it collects no browsing data for tracking purposes.

The only personal data collected is the email address voluntarily provided through the newsletter sign-up form, handled via the Netlify Forms service. Purpose: to announce the publication of the novel and to send communications about the book. Legal basis: the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
